Voters must be United States citizens and at least 18 years of age by election date in order to qualify to vote. Voters must live in Washoe County for30 days and in their precinct for 10 days before the next election. Any person who has been convicted of a felony or has not had their civil rights legally restored, or have been legally declared as insane or mentally incompetent, is not entitled to register to vote.
