Finance

The finance department contains four divisions, including the director's office and the accounting, revenue and purchasing divisions:

Accounting

performs accounts receivables, paychecks for employees, audits invoices and purchase orders, and budget adjusttments.

Revenue

licensing for all gaming, liquor, and businesses operating within Sparks, billing and collection of all sewer use charges, wastewater surcharges, and landscape maintenance fees

Purchasing

oversees policy's and procedures relating to procurement and contracts administration, provides purchasing, coordinates specification development and acquisitions timing
