Bids
The City maintains a bid listing of vendor applications for many categories of commodities or services. A Bid List Application may be picked up from the Purchasing Division office, faxed or mailed to a vendor upon request. An online Bid List Application is also available here. Formal Public Bid Proposals must be submitted on forms authorized by the Purchasing Division.

Budget
This fiscal year, the City of Sparks enters into its second Biennial budget process, which addresses years 2005-06 and 2006-07. The biennial budget process positions the City to anticipate and prioritize future financial activities, and allows for more long-term planning. Each year, the Sparks City Council adopts a budget for the fiscal year, which begins on July 1 and ends on June 30.
